Gibraltars New Movement condemn's outrageous Spanish air and sea incursions over the weekend and we as a pressure group would like to have answers as to why the Spanish Government and the Spanish authorities fails to inform the Gibraltar authorities and proceed's to take executive action within BGTW.

Recently last week we had the SVA (Spanish customs) enter BGTW and exert jurisdiction and control over a local pleasure boat well within the bathing area in BGTW at camp bay putting bather's lives at risk.

Now we see that this has happened again over the weekend but twice violating airspace and on the sea and in fact landing a small craft onto British sovereign soil at Sandy bay exerting jurisdiction and control once more, and now even on land.....

The Sva Helicopter was seen to be so close also that it was virtually meters off the shoreline, This is outrageous and instead of cooperating with our authorities they have disregarded and disrespected our Sovereign State and all we see is verbal nonsense to Madrid by the British Government.

When is the FCO going to wake up and act accordingly? instead of complaints we want action before its too late and a fatality arises due to lack of action.....

We Gibraltars New Movement wants more actions and less words from FCO and for them to take legal proceedings to the high courts for violating the United Nations Charter, also to beef up Naval presence in Gibraltar to ensure that its security in BGTW is not violated further.....
