Gibraltar’s New Movement condemns the actions taken by the Guardia Civil just off Gibraltar’s territorial waters (International waters) by ramming and arresting 3 local British citizens which could be under our Jurisdiction and control if we were given the full 12 miles under the United Nations law of the seas.

Spain’s lawless Para military the Guardia Civil has continuously engaged unlawfully asserting jurisdiction and control in Gibraltar waters (British waters not Spanish) and recently escalated their intentions aggressively 3 times in just one week, this is un acceptable and needs to be seriously addressed.

Gibraltar's New Movement calls on His excellency the Governor, and the F.C.O to spring into action and resolve this matter urgently before a fatality has arisen due to inaction on their part, also to provide diplomatic pressure on the Kingdom of Spain to release immediately Jared Pincho a British Citizen un lawfully detained and held by the Guardia Civil.

Enough is Enough and its time to change gears more actions and less official protests......
